I will never shop that store agin, I will also tell everyone one I know to avoid it too! They are just rude! Box support under $7000.00 bed has a cheap covering and is disintegrating? Tuning into dust at the slightest touch. The store said not their problem in a very un business like. 5 years old, well it just started to do this now. Anyway it’s a cheap component the say was free with the bed so not under any warranty? Call the mfg they said. Then as I tried to leave the held my paperwork and refused to give it back. I had rip it out the salespersons hand to leave! WTH
